What Is Our Exchange & Return Policy?

At Saudi Vitamins, we understand the importance of medical, nutritional, and personal care products in your daily life. Due to the nature of medical and personal care products, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

We offer exchange or return requests within 14 days from the date of purchase and order receipt, while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all our products.

What Should I Do If I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you receive a product different from what you ordered due to a packing error, please contact us through the communication channels available on our website.
Saudi Vitamins will issue a return shipment label for you.

You may choose your preferred return method:

  • Home pickup, where you will need to provide your location and postal code.

  • Drop-off at a shipping branch, where you must deliver the shipment to the nearest courier branch and inform us of the return shipment tracking number.

The product must be packaged in the same condition as received.
Once Saudi Vitamins receives and inspects the product and confirms its condition, all costs will be covered by Saudi Vitamins, including shipping and return fees.
The full amount (product price + shipping fees) will be refunded to the customer within 14 days from the date the returned shipment is received.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Product or Changed My Mind?

If you received a product that was ordered by mistake or decided not to keep it without any specific reason—provided that the product is sealed, unused, and unopened—Saudi Vitamins will issue a return shipment label.

You may choose your preferred return method. For home pickup, please provide your location and postal code to issue the return label.
The return label must be printed and attached to the shipment carton, and the product must be packaged in its original condition.

After receiving and inspecting the product and confirming its condition:

  • Saudi Vitamins will refund the product value only

  • Shipping and return fees are not covered

The product value will be refunded within 14 days from the date the returned shipment is received.

Instructions for Returning a Shipment via Home Pickup

  • Attach the return label securely to the shipment carton.

  • Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage.

  • Notify us once the shipment is handed over to the courier for tracking purposes.

  • After receiving and confirming that the product is unopened and intact, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Please provide your bank transfer details: IBAN, account holder name, and bank name.

What Happens If I Do Not Receive My Shipment?

If the customer fails to receive the delivered shipment, the order will be considered cancelled.
The customer will be responsible for delivery, shipping, and return fees, as the courier charges Saudi Vitamins for the return shipment.

In this case, Saudi Vitamins regrets that no new orders will be shipped to the customer until these fees are paid.
The product value (after deducting shipping and return fees) will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned shipment and verifying product condition.
