Terms of Use – Introduction

This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store and becomes effective and legally binding immediately upon your acceptance and registration with Saudi Vitamins, in accordance with Article (10) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions
The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. The following terms and definitions apply throughout this agreement:
(Store): Refers to all forms of Saudi Vitamins on the internet, whether as a mobile application, website, or physical store.
(Consumer): Any person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
(Agreement): Refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer
The consumer declares that they possess full legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
The consumer agrees that any violation of this article makes them fully responsible for all consequences before third parties.
Article Three – Nature of Saudi Vitamins’ Obligations
The store’s obligation toward consumers is limited to providing the product or service.
The store may offer additional services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service requested by the consumer.
Article Four – Rules for Using Saudi Vitamins
The consumer must use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consumer agrees not to use any purchased product or service in a manner that violates public morals or applicable regulations in the Kingdom.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying for membership with Saudi Vitamins, you are required to provide specific information and choose a username and confidential password. By doing so, you agree to the following:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and must notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect material or moral loss resulting from disclosure of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for the use of your account, and any use by others is deemed authorized by you.
You agree to use the store seriously and in good faith.
You must provide true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information and update it when necessary.
The store commits to handling your personal data and contact information with complete confidentiality.
If the store discovers that false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information has been provided, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prejudice to its other legal rights.
Failure to comply with any of the above grants the store the right to suspend or terminate your membership or restrict access to its services.
Article Six – Electronic Communications
The parties agree that communication shall take place via the email registered on the platform.
The consumer agrees that all electronic communications, notices, and announcements have the same legal effect as written communications.
The store may notify consumers of matters related to this agreement through general or targeted electronic messages.
Article Seven – Amendments and Fees
If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and effective.
This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, governs the relationship between the consumer and the store.
The store may impose fees depending on the products, services, offers, or government-imposed taxes.
The store reserves the right to add, amend, reduce, or cancel any fees at its discretion.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services
The store provides payment options through its partners, which may include online payment or other methods made available from time to time.
The store commits to displaying product and service prices according to prevailing market values.
The store provides invoices and payment receipts for all transactions and issues purchase invoices to consumers.
The store complies with recognized accounting standards for its electronic platform.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Saudi Vitamins are fully owned by the store, whether established before or after the platform’s launch.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions
If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
This agreement constitutes the full understanding and contractual relationship between the store and the consumer.
The Arabic language shall prevail in interpreting this agreement.
Prices and promotional offers are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
All parties commit to compliance with Sharia principles and applicable laws.
This agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store’s management.
